Mail order conditions and terms
Don't send any money alongside your order. I will advise the costs of
your order plus actual shipping costs on a pro-forma invoice. I hold the
materials ordered for 40 days after invoice date. Upon receipt of your
remittance I will ship your order. After 40 days your order will be broken
up. Prices are given in EURO. Currently 1 Euro equals approx. US$ 1.05 or
L 0.64. Catalogue prices include German VAT (books 7%; videos/DVD's 16%),
which will be deducted on your invoice (except EEC countries). Your
order will be sent by surface mail, unless air mail is required.
Registration is obligatory (except small values) for safe delivery.
VISA Card and Mastercard payments accepted. Please give your card number
with the 3-digit security number (on the back of the card printed behind
the last 4 digits of your card) and expiry date. Then books/videos/DVD's
are shipped to you without any delay.
Institutions & libraries are supplied on open account.
According to German law (§12d BGB) you have the right to cancel the sales
contract within 14 days of receipt of goods. Beyond this you can return
goods in mint condition (sealed DVDs and Videos only if still sealed) for
credit within 30 days of receipt of goods.
Return postage will be refunded (§357 BGB) only :
if goods are returned from an address in Germany, and if you have
cancelled the sales contract in written form or by e-mail or have returned
the goods in time, and if the sales value is over 50 Euros
